We feel very lucky to have land with which we can work, on which we can grow, and for which we are responsible.

We love farming, and feel what we are doing is important, because we can take a little piece of the earth and try to leave it better than we found it.

Although Eliza’s family has taken good care of the farm over the last 40 years, through new land management practices like management intensive rotational grazing and silvopasturing we hope to make it consistently more productive and healthier every year.
